Return/Exchange Policy – Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if the original item is in it’s original clean and unworn state.. You must contact us via email at support@iamrayandray.com within 5 days of package delivery date for return/exchange authorization.
Shipping Policy – All orders will be processed in 3-7 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-2 days processing once order has been received. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
